MISSIONS & RETURNS
SHIPMENT WITH A PARTNER COURIER COMPANY:
With this option you will receive your parcel with a courier company we work with (ACS). Delivery is made in 1-2 working days within Attica and 2-4 in the rest of Greece. The charge for shipping is €2,50 for orders within Attica, €3,00 for orders outside Attica and €6,00 for orders in inaccessible areas . The cash on delivery charge is €2.00 for all orders regardless of the amount. If you choose to pay by card or PayPal there is no extra charge. If your order exceeds €400, payment can only be made by card or PayPal.
SAME-DAY DELIVERY:
This applies to orders placed between 00:00 and 12:00pm. Pick up is done within the same day, 15:00 to 22:00 at one of our 5 stores. The service applies to orders within Attica. When your parcel is ready for delivery you will receive a message on your mobile phone that your parcel is ready for pickup. The “delivery to store” option is available for each payment method in selected stores in our network. You can select the available stores at checkout after you select cash on delivery as a payment method.
DISPATCH WITHIN ATTICA WITH OUR OWN MEANS:
Delivery is made within 2-3 working days. The service applies to orders within Attica with a charge of €1.00. The cash on delivery payment option is charged with an additional €1,00. If your order exceeds €400, payment can only be made by credit/debit card or PayPal. The order is received within 24 hours.
SHIPMENT OUTSIDE OF ATTICA WITH AN AGENCY OF YOUR CHOICE:
Delivery is made within 2-3 working days. The service applies to orders outside Attica with a charge of €1,00. There is no possibility of replacement. If your order exceeds €400, payment can only be made by credit/debit card or PayPal. The order is received within 24 hours.
SHIPMENT AS A GIFT:
This option is for sending a gift to a third party address. After completing your order at the checkout you select the shipping address you wish to send the items as gifts, if it is not stored in your addresses, do “Add Address”, then select the option send as a gift. The shipping times and costs are the same as in the case of purchase by debit/credit card or Paypal as in this case you are not given the option to purchase with cash on delivery. The details of the recipient of the gift will not be used by us, except for sending the gift. Also, the gift recipient will not receive the proof of purchase which will be sent to you via email. The recipient’s address will be stored in your addresses where you can delete it if you wish. In case of a return, the amount will be credited to your account. In this case, what is stated above for shipping methods applies. You can choose to send YESTERDAY or NEXT DAY, depending on the area to which you want to send your gift.
* In case of national holidays, there may be a delay in the delivery of orders regardless of the shipping method you have chosen.
FOREIGN ORDERS:
Any duties and taxes on orders outside the European Union are the sole responsibility of the customer.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
You have the right to return all or part of the order within 10 working days from the date you received it. When we receive your parcel, you will receive a text message (viber or sms or email) with your account balance. The amount will be available to place new orders.
The product must be in perfect condition, as received and the special markings (tags/barcode) must not have been removed.
Returns will only be accepted after approval by the company. The company bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after use and is not obliged in any case to replace them.
For GREECE the return charge is Free.
