METHODS OF PAYMENT

DEPOSIT IN AN ACCOUNT

The online store www.aggi.gr, cooperates with the National Bank of Greece. You can make your payment by making a deposit to the company’s bank account . Payment can be made by sending your payment to the bank account of our company to the following address: g.g. G.G. Bourakis & Co. and IBAN: GR11011018700000000018744008360. For your order to be valid you must send us the proof of the deposit by e-mail.

PAYMENT BY DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

The online store www.aggi.gr, cooperates with VIVA WALLET for the payment service with debit/credit cards. Payment by credit card is a completely secure payment method for our customers. The company Ang. Bourakis & Co. Ltd. will never have knowledge of your card or account information. When paying for your order, Ang. Bourakis & Co. Ltd. will not come into contact in any way with your card details and data. This information is transferred from you using an encrypted connection to the bank through the bank’s secure transaction systems. In case you choose to pay by credit card, you must be present when you receive your order with your credit card and your identity card. In this case a third party is not allowed to collect the order. The same applies if you are ordering on behalf of a company. In this case the card must be a company card and the name of the person receiving the order must be written on the card. When placing an order, the purchase agreement takes place after the transfer of your payment has been completed.

PAYMENT via PayPal

The online store www.aggi.gr, cooperates with PayPal. Paying with PayPal is a completely secure payment method for our customers. The company Ang. Bourakis & Co. will never have knowledge of your account information. For the payment of the order, you are redirected to the PayPal website without coming into contact in any way with your account details and data. In case you choose to pay via PayPal, you must be present when you receive your order with your ID card. In this case it is not allowed to receive the order from a third person. The same applies if you are ordering on behalf of a company. When placing an order, the purchase agreement takes place after the transfer of your payment has been completed.

ORDER/DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS/SHIPPING COSTS

Order completion and payment As soon as you place your order, you will receive the following message : “Thank you, your order has been successfully placed with number PARxxxxxxxxxx. Please check your email. We have sent you an email with the details of your order.” 

ORDER DELAY

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons: 

  • The product has been delayed to be shipped from our supplier: In such a case, we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver the order without this product or to suggest an alternative. 
  • The product you ordered has been discontinued and is no longer available: In this case we will contact you directly to provide you with all alternatives. 
  • In periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure that may affect the transport and delivery of your order. 
  • In case it is impossible to contact you by phone and/or email (if there is a problem with your order, either in relation to the product or in relation to its payment) because, for example, your details you have entered are not correctly updated.
